How your order gets from our shop in Mount Forest to your truck

Almost nothing we sell sits on a shelf waiting for you. Here is what happens after you place an order.

1. It gets printed to order

Your order goes into the print queue in our shop in Mount Forest, Ontario. Most parts are printed in PETG, which handles cab heat, sun and Ontario winters.

2. A person checks it

Before anything goes in a box, someone looks it over: clean print, right part, magnets or hardware included if it comes with them.

3. It ships

Most orders ship within 3 to 5 business days. Bigger runs and custom work take longer, and we will tell you the timeline before you pay. Orders over $199.99 ship free in Canada.

4. You get tracking

A tracking number lands in your inbox as soon as the label prints. If something goes sideways in shipping, tell us and we will make it right.

Print files skip all of that

If you bought an STL, your download link shows up right after checkout. Nothing to wait for.
